What is exactly HumanSoft?

HumanSoft is a solution built on Microsoft Power Apps platform, a.k.a Dataverse. We used the same platform as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service is running on, therefore, you have full flexibility on the solution.

What kind of companies require HumanSoft

We cannot provide exact classification but mostly 100+ employee organizations cannot benefit SaaS solution and want something unique for them prefer our solution.

We do have wide range of customers starting from 100 employees to 30,000 employees. Really depends on your requirement. Feel free to drop us question if we can meet your requirements.

How does the licensing structure works?

HumanSoft has mainly 3 pricing items:

Implementation
Support

If we focus on licensing, we do have 3 sub components of licensing:

Platform License (per organization)
HR/Sys Admin Count (HR or IT users)
Active Employee Count (Count of employee which will maintain in HumanSoft)

Our pricing model is also offering you to select modules as an ala-carte option. You can only have “Recruitment” or “Performance” module if you want. Please reach us for more information.

Do I need to have any Microsoft licenses?

Yes, HumanSoft solution requires Microsoft Power Apps Per User and Power Pages Per Authenticated User licenses in order to run the solution.

Those Power Apps licensing do not come with Office 365. It has to be purchased separately.

If you don’t have Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft, we can handle everything on behalf of you, we can embed the necessary Microsoft licenses.

How does implementation process works?

We follow a tailored path very similar to this:

We apply this sequence for each module. Sometimes we might require more meetings to understand your requirements clearly.

How long does implementation take?

Duration of implementation vary from customer to customer. We do have some best practices based on 100-1000 employee organizations. You can refer Pricing for more information but here are the high level durations.

Core HR > 8 weeks
Recruitment > 6 weeks
Performance > 6 weeks
Learning > 6 weeks
Succession > 4 weeks

Do you provide trial version?

Unfortunately no, we don’t have trial version of our solution yet. But we are working on a version where you can experience the solution.

Where are you located?

We are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, one of the best city in the world.

We do have branch office in Portland, Oregon, US.

During 2022 we planned to have offices in several regions.

What is your relation with Microsoft?

We are operating under the company named “Genbil Yazilim Tic. ve A.S.” and we are Microsoft ISV Partner.

What are your business hours?

Our office hoursa are between 09:00-18:00 (GMT+3) from Monday to Friday.

Support hours have different schedule, based on your support service plan you can benefit 6 days 12 hours or 7 days 24 hours support.

Do you have partner in other regions?

Yes, we are heavily working on our new partner enablement program to reach other regions.

Currently we do have partners who can operate in MEA region, like: UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, South Africa etc.

How do I connect my data source to the service?

All you need an application user which should be created under Microsoft Entra ID (a.k.a Azure Active Directory). Then this user should be added into your Microsoft Dataverse environment with the proper security roles.

After this, our onboarding service will help you to build your 1st portal

What types of data sources are supported by the service?

Currently, Microsoft Dataverse is supported but you can easily create “Virtual Tables” out of SQL Azure or SharePoint to make it visible in the portal.

How do I create a portal for my clients to access my data?

After your subscription, our onboarding team will help you to setup your portal and handover the control on you unless you subscribed for “Managed Service” add-on.

How do I customize the look and feel of my portal?

Portal has it’s own design framework, you can’t customize the .css or components but you can add any HTML component which may reflect your choice of design.

How do I secure my portal and control who can access it?

DataverseLink can use Microsoft Entra ID for authentication, therefore, you can rely on Microsoft Security. Also, you can create multiple roles which will help you to secure page access.

How do I monitor the usage and performance of my portal?

DataverseLink Studio will provide you an overall usage graphs like;

Unique visitors/users.
Unique page visits
Total impression
Total interactions.

We are updating our reports during every month to add more detailed insights.

How do I troubleshoot any issues or errors with my portal?

DataverseLink will provide descriptive errors during data operation between portal and Dataverse, but in case we do also have additional logging to give you more programatic details on what might the error. Our support team can help you on those kind of requests.

How do I get help or contact support if I need assistance?

We will provide you an portal access and email address to submit your requests.

What is "Managed Service" add-on and why do I need it?

Managed service will give you premium support with additional customization/configuration hours to make your portal more useful. If you believe you would need more customization or your project has some deadlines to achieve, then you can utilize this service to complete all tasks much more quickly.

Why would I use your product instead of Power Pages?

Power Pages is very powerful portal solution, where you can build custom pages but it may take more your time than you planned. Based on your requirement maybe you don’t need DataverseLink, only Power Pages would be enough, but in most of the cases we can help you to enhance your existing Power Pages investment. If you didn’t start your Power Pages journey, let’s meet and decide correct approach on your portal requirement.
